i just rented out a house in victorville, ca sometime on oct. 25th. they wanted to move in asap so we moved out early for them. we left the tv, frig, washer and dryer that they said they were going to buy from us. we only recieved a portion of the deposit and havent recieved the first month's rent, rest of the deposit and for the items they said they were gonna pay for. how am i suppose to handle this situation? thank you for your time.... thank you for your response. if we give a 3 day notice, wouldn't they take the items they said they were gonna pay without paying? i'm trying to handle this situation with them doing that... the mistake on my part was, there is nothing on the contract that says the item left in the house is being sold... it was a verbal agreement that they said they were gonna buy and we said ok.......
